Kid’s gymnastics programs are common for many clubs and as part of the curriculum of many gymnastic academies. Parents or a child caregiver can enroll a child as early as a few months of age. A child must feel physically and emotionally safe while he or she learns about gymnastics. It is up to the parent to ensure the school meets these criteria.

Watch the coaches and children at work. Find out whether the coaches and the facilities have accreditation and good reputations.
